Why isn't my US Ski & Snowboard membership validating?

There are a number of reasons your US Ski & Snowboard membership might not validate on our site right away.

- If you've just purchased/renewed it, give it time—it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the new license information to transfer over to our site.

- If the membership is still considered "Pending" due to awaiting SafeSport or other test results, it will not validate.

- Make sure the participant's first and last names are entered exactly as they appear on your US Ski & Snowboard license—no nicknames, and no middle initials in the first name field!

- Make sure you have an Alpine Competitor license. Most mountains do not accept Alpine General memberships for competitive events.
